With a long promenade, L’Arenal Beach was given its name because of the large area of sand that forms it. It has been awarded the blue flag and year after year it is given the “Q” of Quality by the Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality. It is an accessible beach which, in addition to gangways and toilets of special sizes, has amphibious chairs guided by qualified staff that are available to all bathers who need them.
Access: by car. The nearest roads are the N-340 and CV-17. The accesses are signposted. There is a carpark (not secured) with 100 spaces, and a city bus goes as far as the beach.
