Ford across the River Mijares between La Puebla de Valverde and Valbona

The section of the footpath in the Cubillo Ravine includes fords across the Mijares and Valbona Rivers near Molino de la Puebla. There is very little flow and the river beds may be practically dry in summer. But you should be careful in case of floods (storms) as there is no other way across.

With high water do not try to wade across the River Mijares: go back and join the MTB Route and follow it until you rejoin the hiking route in Valbona.

Remember this when you’re on the Hiking Route of the Conquest of Valencia.
