An old Colegiata (Collegiate Church). The present church dates from 1474, it has three naves and contains a pantheon of illustrious families in the 16th century cloister. There is a 12th-century sepulchre of the Princess Cristina of Norway, the first wife of the Prince Felipe, the son of Fernando III.

The Gothic church, one of the best of the so-called Burgos school, contains works of art such as paintings by Alonso de Sedano, Diego de la Cruz and Pedro Berruguete; sculptures by the Egas and Juan Vallejo; jewels by Gonzalo de Calahorra. It has a 16th century cloister and an organ of the 17th century, as well as Baroque altarpieces dating from the 18th century.
